Circular section die sets with changeable punches

Designation

With frequent material pressing, which hardness exceeds 8 units on the Mohs scale, the surfaces of the stopper and punch ends are used up.

We can produce such die sets in which molding occurs between two changeable punches (discs). As long as surfaces wear of changeable punches, they can be replaced with the new ones.

At the request of the Customer, replaceable punches can be made of various materials and alloys, in particular of a firm alloy - tungsten carbide (WC).
