Die sets

Our company has developed and serially produces the die sets for sample preparation of various substances during physicochemical studies.

Samples of circular, rectangular, and other sections can be formed in the die sets.

Different designs of circular section die sets allow producing both free pressing of material into a pellet and pressing into reusable steel rings, in particular, during X-ray fluorescence analysis (RSFA or XRF).

In the design of vacuum die sets, the possibility of air pumping from the pressing zone is provided during the connection of forevacuum oil-free (dry) pump to prepare samples for IR Spectroscopy.

Rectangular section die sets are available with collapsible and non-collapsible design.

All die sets are designed to work on laboratory presses of the PLG and PGR series and can be supplied in one set with a press to solve a specific task of the Customer.
