Circular section die sets of small diameters

Often, during researches, amount of the analyte is limited, or there is no need to obtain a sample of large diameter.

For obtaining pellet samples with diameter of 3 to 10 mm, our company has developed the special die sets.

Advantages

As far as with a small section punch the risk of its deformation increases significantly even at low loads, the design of the die sets ensures parallelism of the stopper ends and the punch at the moment of the force creating, with possible non-parallelism of the planes of the upper and lower pressure plates of the press.

Die sets can be made of any diameter with a range from 3 to 10 mm with a step of 0.1 mm.
